NECAS Training Center Location
The center is located in eastern Iowa approximately 10 miles west of Dubuque, IA. The 11,000 square foot facility houses classrooms, an enclosed farm equipment safety training area, a library and resource area. Additional specialized educational areas for interactive training include chemical safety, silo rescue & grain handling, hog confinement, electrical safety, and tractor rollover areas.
